I love this new bulletin board. The stories are very interesting and informative. I used to have a fat cat like the one you have written about and he liked Snickers bars just like your Teeny. Keep up the good work. I’m telling everybody about your site.
You provided a lot of good information on the swine flu without making me wade through the 800 gazillion flashing ads and junk that I got tangled up in when I tried to research the flu and its threat to me and my family and employees at The Gainesville Sun’s Web site.
I can see why old-fashioned newspapers like The Sun are going out of business while modern, lean and mean sites like yours are thriving. From now on, you can call me “a friend of Alachua Community Bulletin Board.” I’ll be reading often.
By the way, good story on ways to talk a policeman out of giving you a traffic ticket. I made my 17-year-old son read the part about treating officers with respect TWICE.
